Yes. I offer online counselling, and in-person sessions may also be available in Gillingham, Kent.

It means I work with your neurodivergence in mind, not against it.

I won’t try to make you fit a standard that does not suit you.

You can bring whatever feels important to you.

Many people come to talk about ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, identity, masking, burnout, and self-acceptance.
